Missions Principales
Contribuer aux projets de l'tablissement en lien avec la Direction, le mdecin coordonnateur et les quipes pluridisciplinaires ;
Organiser et coordonner les soins en veillant la qualit, la scurit et la continuit de l'accompagnement des rsidents en lien avec le projet de soins ;
Manager et accompagner les quipes soignantes au quotidien (infirmiers, aides-soignants, agents de service) ;
Vous tes infirmier(re) diplm(e) d'tat avec une exprience significative en encadrement ;
laborer et ajuster les plannings en fonction de l'activit et des besoins des rsidents ;
Participer la gestion des ressources humaines : accompagnement des professionnels, gestion des absences, intgration des nouveaux salaris ;
Organiser l'accompagnement des stagiaires ;
Veiller l'application des bonnes pratiques professionnelles et accompagner les quipes dans une dmarche d'amlioration continue ;
Participer la dynamique qualit et la dmarche QVCT de l'tablissement ;
Sens des responsabilits et des priorits ;
Assurer le lien avec les familles et les partenaires extrieurs.
