Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions virtually, adhering to best practices tailored to each unique situation.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and progress, and continually evaluate and adjust these plans based on client feedback and needs.

• Maintain precise and secure clinical documentation to comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all records reflect the highest standards of professional practice.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to provide holistic care that supports the whole person.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies to best serve our patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents, who present with various mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your expertise in family dynamics will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their unique circumstances, strengthening relationships, and fostering personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• You must hold a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
