Director, Client Servicing

Responsibilities Serves as the primary point of contact for global licensing and transactional clients in the region Owns day‑to‑day client communications, drives resolution of delivery issues and disputes, manages escalations, and provides regular status updates Oversees the regional servicing process, including researching content availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing material orders, resolving delivery rejections, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets Partners directly with sales, marketing, and servicing partners across the organization to align on priorities and ensure timely delivery of deal obligations Leads regional oversight for global licensing and transactional clients, including preparation of regional reporting, status meetings, and metrics reporting Requirements Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of relevant work experience in television, film, or media servicing, client services, or material operations, leading a team Experience with order management or similar supply chain management systems Experience with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management systems Proven ability to manage client relationships and tackle complex delivery issues and disputes with tactfulness, professionalism, and a sense of urgency Strong Microsoft Office and software application skills Solid time management, planning, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and act with a sense of urgency Great oral and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and proficiently Extremely detail‑oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
