Onsite HR Specialist: Payroll & Benefits Pro

LHH is seeking an HR Specialist to support employee lifecycle, HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration in Indianapolis on site. You will maintain accurate records in Workday and other HRIS, answer questions from employees, coach on self-service tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
