Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a speech-language pathologist in a positive, collaborative school setting. This leave replacement position begins January 4th and is anticipated to run through the end of March, with possible extension as needed. You’ll join a dedicated team focused on helping students achieve their communication goals with expert guidance and resources.

In this assignment, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 55 students—all conveniently located at a single site. The caseload includes a mix of speech-only students as well as those receiving resource services, offering a rewarding blend of clinical and educational experience. You’ll work school-day hours from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, totaling 35 hours a week, allowing for work-life balance and plenty of time to connect with students, staff, and families.

What We’re Seeking:

• Valid SLP license (Speech-Language Pathology)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy to students with a range of needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Support speech-only and resource program students
