Assess patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups using a combination of standardized assessments and clinical observations.

Create individualized treatment plans that cater to both immediate needs and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions concentrating on areas such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to forge cohesive care plans.

Provide education for patients and families, enhancing their skills to support progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care throughout the patient journey.

Keep meticulous documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with peers to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified through ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment strategies for individuals of all ages, coupled with a profound understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capacity to modify therapy methods to embrace various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and documentation requirements.
