Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $257,000–$286,000 annually (based on experience)
• Bonuses & Incentives: Sign-on bonus possibility up to $20,000; productivity incentives based on wRVUs

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine and preventive care across all ages
• Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions effectively
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Participate in after-hours call rotation
• Support clinical quality initiatives and process improvements
• Connect patients to laboratory, imaging, and specialty services within UCHealth

What You Need

• Active or eligible Colorado medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
