Landscape Account Manager

Job Details Job Location: 80 UNION AVENUE - SUDBURY, MA 01776 Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 Base+Commission/year Job Overview: The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, generating new business from existing clients and managing client accounts. Responsibilities Business Development – working with new and current customers, providing expertise and consultations regarding customers’ needs. Ensure customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits. Manage production for high quality service. Sell enhancement services in order to improve site conditions and coordinate with other divisions (design/build, tree, irrigation, lawn care, fine gardening, etc.). Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public. Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure that receivables are current and collections are performed, if needed. Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics, honesty and integrity as well as positively promote the Lynch name, brand and culture. Involved in snow operations (to be defined). Other duties as assigned. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting as well as the outdoors. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position may require use of lawn equipment. Exposure to cold, heat and fumes may be encountered. Physical Demands This role requires a light to medium level of physical work. This job requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to maintain stamina. Hand/Eye coordination is also required. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours could exceed 50-60 per week in the spring and fall and 40 hours in the winter. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
