Legal Billing & Collections Specialist

Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. is seeking a billing specialist to manage 3E-based invoicing, aging, and client billing guidelines. You will prepare and review invoices, perform override calculations, reconcile payments, and coordinate billing with Billing Attorneys and clients to ensure accurate statements. The role supports preparing budgets, generates reports, and may handle ad hoc projects.
