Book-Keeper

Job Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to assist with our financial recordkeeping. This role will support our accounting team by handling day-to-day transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reports. The ideal candidate should have intermediate bookkeeping knowledge and be comfortable working under guidance while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Key Responsibilities Assist with recording financial transactions in accounting software Reconcile bank statements and other accounts Process invoices, payments, and expense reports Support payroll and financial reporting tasks Help maintain organized financial records Follow company procedures and assist with compliance Qualifications Some prior bookkeeping experience (intermediate level) Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Good understanding of basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively Preferred Associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Plaza Mariachi
