The Role

Alchemy is seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Social Media Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will lead the day-to-day management of multiple client social media accounts, developing content strategies, overseeing content creation, managing community engagement, and driving performance through data-led insights. Additionally , the individual will assist with events across the year. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of agency or in-house social media experience, understands the evolving digital landscape, and is passionate about creating content that connects brands with audiences.This is a hands-on role that extends beyond the office, requiring attendance at client events, content shoots, restaurant openings, and brand activations to ensure social channels capture the full brand experience in real time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic social media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and brand voice.
• Coordinate, plan, and manage photo and video shoots, including shot lists, production timelines, budgets, and creative direction.
• Brief designers, photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Attend client events, media activations, restaurant launches, influencer events, and content shoots to capture real-time content and ensure seamless social media coverage.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships from outreach through campaign execution and reporting.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging social opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
• Collaborate closely with the PR, creative, and account teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Participate in client meetings and confidently present social strategies, performance updates, and recommendations.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Be available to work occasional evenings and weekends to support client events, launches, and brand activations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience using scheduling, reporting, and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms to enhance content creation, copywriting, reporting, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience planning and producing photo and video content.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and paid social campaigns is preferred.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support client events and activations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
