Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s needs, creating personalized treatment plans that drive improvement in mental health.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, families, and couples, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship complications and trauma recovery.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a clear record of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engaging with other mental health specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and resource sharing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
