Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Empathy Edge, you will work primarily with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your therapeutic focus may align with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Sessions may often be funded by schools, allowing for a streamlined focus on the therapeutic process rather than administrative burdens related to billing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active licensure in mental health counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) enabling you to provide unsupervised therapeutic services.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license in any jurisdiction.
\n
• Licensure to practice in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adults, children, or both.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and executing ongoing evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empathy Edge Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
