Job Description

Maintenance Mechanic plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment within the production or distribution line. This position requires expertise in mechanical repair and maintenance activities, and a commitment to safety and quality procedures. The mechanic will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, and provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to the team.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years performing maintenance in a manufacturing or distribution facility
• Experience with maintaining conveyors and other production equipment.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining logs and databases.
• Experience tracking and logging maintenance procedures with CMMs.
• PLC experience is highly preferred!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Oxnard,CA.
