This contract position requires a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credential and experience in school-based pediatric settings. The assignment runs June 1st through June 25th, Monday through Thursday, with hours from 7:45 am to 12:15 pm. Located in a vibrant educational environment near Palatine, IL, you’ll enjoy a consistent schedule while furthering your professional experience this summer.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure in Illinois (or eligibility)
• Prior background in school settings, especially with pediatric caseloads
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students ages Pre-K through high school
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for student success
• Maintain clear, timely records and progress data
• Participate in ESY team meetings and planning
• Support students’ social, academic, and communication goals throughout the summer session
