Work Environment

As a full-time Senior Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in our outpatient office, which is designed to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical outcomes and actively manage outlier cases through regular collaboration with staff therapists.
• Implement efficient clinical workflows aimed at optimizing patient intake, processing referrals, and scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Develop and execute comprehensive therapy plans for patients, emphasizing early intervention techniques and same-day evaluations.
• Foster a professional and collaborative working environment, encouraging teamwork and joint efforts to enhance quality of care and ensure patient safety.
• Work closely with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify opportunities for clinical improvements and innovative practices.
• Engage with employers, referral sources, and payer groups to nurture relationships that facilitate better patient access and care outcomes.
• Master clinical systems to ensure precise documentation, optimal coding practices, charge capture, and adherence to all patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act, relevant Rules and Regulations, and Workers' Compensation Regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and client experience metrics across all aspects of care delivery.
• Consistently implement all components outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and strive for the ideal physical therapy visit experience for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.

• Exceptional customer service skills, accompanied by professionalism and the ability to engage with diverse populations effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting, with a focus on collaborative care models.
