Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee physical therapy interventions, ensuring adherence to evidence-based methodologies to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and convey treatment goals.
• Utilize clinical expertise to treat a variety of conditions spanning orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specializations.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care within the clinic and, when necessary, consult with patients in their homes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions and treatment approaches to empower them in their recovery.
• Strive to meet established utilization goals while contributing to the overall productivity and success of the clinic.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program such as APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, allowing for professional practice in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in word processing and various computer applications to manage documentation and patient information efficiently.
• A demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with patients to assist them in achieving functional goals.
• A friendly disposition and a genuine desire to connect with and help others.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and community engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting with hands-on patient care.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatments specific to physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
