E-Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of a growing online retail business in the electronics industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fulltime Onsite Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: DoE Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Position Overview The E-Commerce Coordinator will manage day-to-day online store operations, including order processing, inventory management, customer communication, and product listings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator in English, tech-comfortable, and able to learn internal systems quickly. Training will be provided on company-specific platforms and processes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of online sales platforms Process and track customer orders accurately Monitor and update inventory levels Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely manner Upload and maintain product listings and information Assist with payment processing and order resolution Support general e-commerce administrative tasks Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in e-commerce, order processing, or customer service Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable working with online platforms and learning new systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage daily priorities About ProStaff We are a fast growing and successful agency that treats all its clients and candidates with a personal touch.
