FSLA STATUS : Non-Exempt/Full-Time
Salary Range: 23.00-26.00 an hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
RESPONSIBLE TO: Human Resources
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for producing correspondence memos, letters, policy updates, and forms
- Assist with sending out employee surveys and follow up
- Support HR Manager with Recruitment
- Carry out general and HR administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.
- Will be required to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Ensures compliance with all current regulations, laws, policies and procedures.
- May be assigned various projects as needed
- Assist with annual benefits open enrollment meetings
- Will be required to participate in staff meetings, New Hire Orientation and various organizational events as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, written, typing and proof-reading skills
- Knowledge of office management systems/procedures and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Individuals will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear.
Occasionally you may have to lift up to 50 lbs. for purposes of setting up activities or gathering materials for projects. Occasionally there may be situations requiring high stamina. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer literacy a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid CA Driver License
- DMV Driving Record
- ADPT/ Paylocity
- CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred
