We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Expo to join our team. The Expo is responsible for making sure food is organized, accurate, and ready to be delivered to the dining room quickly and correctly.Responsibilities
Organize and check all food before it leaves the kitchen
Make sure dishes are complete, accurate, and properly plated
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Call and coordinate food as tickets are ready
Run food to tables when needed
Keep the expo area clean and organized
Help maintain a smooth and efficient service
Communicate allergies and special requests clearly
Assist servers and kitchen staff throughout service
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to stay calm and organized during busy service
Schedule: Part-time or full-time
Pay: Based on experience
