Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and create specific, actionable treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and updated based on client progress.

• Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while actively building rapport and trust with clients, helping them feel safe and understood during their therapeutic journey.

• Support clients in navigating life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and aspects of identity development, using a holistic and client-centered approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
