Workforce Management Support Specialist

Duties
Provides supervisor with data and recommendations of a wide variety of actions, issues, problems, and questions that affect the Division's employees and official structure.
Oversees the coordination of training needs, training requests, and Division personnel awards.
Assists in the establishment of the annual budget.
Maintains internal suspense for the submission of employee and position actions and follows through with responsible supervisor to assure that deadlines are met.
Approves purchase request and commitments for vehicle rentals, telephones, labor, awards, purchases, etc.
Aids the Division Chief and other key officials by providing advice on agency policies and determines operating requirements for a variety of functions such as travel, leave, and personnel matters.
