Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to elementary students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress evaluations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support students’ physical access in educational environments
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families regarding interventions and supports
