Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current OT licensure and certification.
• Prior experience providing occupational therapy within school programs, particularly with students who have autism, significant learning differences, or complex medical needs.
• Strong understanding of documentation and compliance requirements in educational settings.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and communications efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement IEPs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to school-age students in the Low Incidence Program.
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and create tailored intervention plans.
• Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, classroom aides, and other specialists.
• Communicate effectively with families to support carryover of skills across environments.
