Clinical Manager RN (Operating Room)

A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking a mid-level Clinical Manager RN for its Operating Room department. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring dedicated night shift availability. Responsibilities The Clinical Manager RN will provide leadership and oversight within the Operating Room, supporting daily clinical operations and staff management. This position draws on direct OR management experience to guide surgical teams, uphold standards of care, and coordinate unit-level activities during evening and night shift hours.
