Position: Office Manager (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Onsite in Angleton, TX
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Kelly Services has partnered with a well-established HVAC and Electrical company in search of a skilled and motivated Office Manager to join their team. This on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, where strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Ideal candidates will be proficient in QuickBooks and bring a solid background in office management and a proactive, detail-oriented approach, making them a key contributor to the success of this growing service-focused company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations for a dynamic HVAC/Electrical company
• Oversee scheduling and dispatching of technicians and staff
• Track and update schedules for EM’s and PM’s using GPS spreadsheets
• Administer accounts payable and billing, maintaining accuracy with QuickBooks
• Foster effective communication and coordination between office and field personnel
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and fundamental accounting practices
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching technicians or staff
• Office management experience
• Comfortable with GPS spreadsheets and related technology
• Experience handling accounts payable, billing, and associated office functions
