The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing available units , assisting prospective residents , and providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Show available units and highlight property features.
• Process rental applications and assist with lease agreements.
• Follow up with prospective residents to generate and close leads.
• Assist with move-ins and resident communication.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and availability.
• Support the Property Manager with daily property operations.
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance of the property.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
