Schedule: Full-Time | Some Evenings/Weekends as Needed
Drive Revenue. Build Relationships. Lead Growth.Are you a results-driven hotel sales leader ready to take ownership of a property’s revenue strategy? We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead and execute sales initiatives that drive occupancy, grow market share, and maximize revenue across group, corporate, and event segments. At Holiday Inn , part of the globally recognized IHG Hotels & Resorts family, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on hotel performance while building strong client relationships and leading a dynamic sales effort. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy and ADR
- Generate group, corporate, and event business
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local partners
- Conduct sales calls, site tours, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close new business
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline and prospecting efforts
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful event execution
- Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and revenue optimization
- Represent the hotel in the local business and hospitality community
✔ 3–5+ years of hotel sales experience
✔ Proven success in group sales, corporate accounts, and events
✔ Strong understanding of hotel revenue drivers (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR)
✔ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales tools, Delphi Experience preferred
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
✔ Open availability including weekends to oversee events What You’ll Get
