The Physical Therapist adheres to state practice regulations and collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans Applying principles, methods, and equipment used in physical therapy Ensuring professional procedures are followed in home care environments Using office technology such as tablets and phones effectively Working flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and traveling within the service area Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an APTA-accredited college of Physical Therapy Current state license and valid driver's license CPR certification Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills Ability to work as part of a healthcare team and demonstrate professional procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care
