We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and finishing metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
Job Duties
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Use hand tools, grinders, and finishing equipment to prepare and complete welded assemblies
- Measure and inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality standards
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
- Assist with additional fabrication and production tasks as needed
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools
- Familiarity with hand tools and metal finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required
- Frequent use of hands for welding, fabrication, and finishing tasks
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Full-time position
- First Shift
- Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
