Accounts Payable / Administrative ClerkLocation: Santa Monica, CA Pay: $23–$26/hour (DOE) Schedule: Fully Onsite Employment Type: Contract-to-HireOverview: A growing company in Santa Monica is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Administrative Clerk to support daily accounting and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper codingAssist with weekly check runs, ACH, and vendor paymentsMaintain and update vendor records in the systemPerform basic reconciliations and support month-end closeHandle filing, scanning, and document organizationProvide general administrative support, including answering phones and managing correspondenceRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerQualifications:1+ year of accounts payable or related experienceBasic understanding of accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and accounting systems is a plusAbility to work fully onsite in Santa MonicaPay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
