Business Development Manager (Well Intervention) $150,000 - $180,000 base + uncapped commission Must be based in the Permian Basin - daily travel expected to customer sites in the region Are you a Business Development professional with experience in production and remediation in the energy sector, looking to make a significant impact with a fast growing company? This is an incredible opportunity to get in early with a company rapidly scaling its US operations and eventually build out your own team. This company develops pulsed‑power technology for the oil and gas industry that helps restore production in underperforming wells. Its systems use high‑energy electrical pulses to remove scale and blockages, extending well life and reducing the need for more invasive interventions. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building brand awareness, generating new business, and expanding existing customer relationships. You will develop and maintain strong client partnerships, identify new sales opportunities, and maximize revenue within the Permian Basin. The Role: Expand market presence through lead generation, partner development, industry networking, and staying current on market trends and technologies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Develop and execute sales plans for business and revenue growth. Build out the team in the region. The Person: Commercial Business Development / Sales experience in production and remediation in the energy sector. Experience selling into well intervention markets.
