Returns Coordinator

Our warehouse and operations teams play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Returns Coordinator helps ensure returned products, vendor credits, and inventory transactions are processed accurately so our operations run smoothly and efficiently. WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY Monitor and manage all returns, RMAs, and vendor credits Review returned inventory and determine the appropriate disposition of materials Create and process vendor returns using company systems Coordinate with vendors and Purchasing to obtain return authorizations (RGAs) Package and ship returned materials to vendors Track open returns and vendor credits, following up to ensure timely resolution Verify vendor credits and resolve discrepancies when needed Submit supporting documentation and maintain accurate records Maintain an organized returns staging area and filing system Monitor reporting and identify aging returns that require action Assist with inventory counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives Support warehouse operations during peak periods as needed WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU High school diploma or GED required At least one year of warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience preferred Experience with vendor returns, RMAs, inventory reconciliation, or similar processes is a plus Comfortable using inventory systems, scanners, and basic computer applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize work and follow through on open items Ability to read and interpret return documentation, packing slips, and related paperwork Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, vendors, and warehouse teams Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a warehouse environment WHAT YOU GET Competitive pay Health insurance Paid holidays Vacation time 401(k) with company match Long-term stability with a family-owned companyOpportunities to learn and grow within the organization A team environment where your work matters and your contributions are recognized WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Every returned product, vendor credit, and inventory adjustment impacts our business.
