Front-of-House Guest Experience Specialist

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to help create a positive experience for guests at our Papa's Pizza Restaurant. In this role, you will be an important part of the front-of-house team, assisting customers with orders, answering questions, and helping ensure every interaction is efficient, welcoming, and professional. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, courteous service in person and over the phone. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, specials, and order status. Assist with order coordination to help ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery. Handle payments, process transactions, and provide receipts as needed. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter or dining area. Support team members during busy periods and contribute to smooth daily operations. Follow company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Qualifications Previous customer service, restaurant, or retail experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn menu items, systems, and service procedures.
