Bartender - Beverage Server
Froehlich's in Three Oaks, MI is looking for a full-time Bartender - Beverage Server. When the bar slows down, you won't miss a beat-you'll have the flexibility to step onto the floor as a server, supporting the team and maximizing your earning potential through additional tips. Your adaptability, teamwork, and positive attitude help keep operations running smoothly while enhancing the guest experience. Join our team.
As a Bartender - Beverage Server, you'll work full-time from Wednesday - Sunday, with weekends required from May through September. Our customer service team members enjoy a competitive base wage of $8/hour, depending on experience, with tips bringing their total earning potential up to $29.65 per hour. Tips are even higher in the summer!

Your Day-To-Day
Every shift, you will step behind the bar as the heart of our restaurant, greeting regulars and newcomers alike with your friendly, professional attitude. You'll craft drinks, interact with guests, and use your creativity to experiment and develop new beverages. As you move through your day, you'll answer questions, handle concerns with professionalism, and create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home. Your positive and motivated energy will help shape an enjoyable experience for everyone, making every day a new opportunity to connect and create. You'll always look forward to coming to work, catching up with familiar faces, and flexing your creative muscles in a supportive, family-like environment.
