Froehlich's in Three Oaks, MI is looking to hire a full-time Restaurant Server to warmly assist customers and ensure they have the best dining experience possible! This waiter position works full-time from Thursday to Monday (including mandatory weekends May - September) and earn a competitive base salary of $4 per hour plus tips, for a total earning potential of up to $25 per hour . Our top servers make $400 - $600 weekly in tips. We provide great benefits , including free, fresh lunch, 401k plan, a 20% employee discount on our items, and paid time off (PTO) . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SERVER

As a Restaurant Server, you are a professional who understands the importance of excellent customer service. You are essential to our team and many customers rely on you. Using your interpersonal skills, you get to know our customers well and ensure they are being taken care of. When guests are ready, you accurately take orders and put them through to the kitchen. As food becomes ready, you deliver each dish to the right seat and make sure each customer has what they need to enjoy their food. You are an efficient waiter and thrive in our fast-paced, busy environment. As needed, you handle any issues or questions that may arise. You feel good about making sure our customers have the best experience possible!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT SERVER

There are no hard requirements for this customer service position!

Experience is preferred, but not required. We will train! Can you demonstrate excellent customer service skills? Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally? Are you a team player? Can you manage your time efficiently? Do you have a friendly and approachable disposition? If yes, you might just be perfect for this waiter position!
