Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our practice, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for open communication.

• Utilizing our billing service to efficiently handle client insurance claims, track accounts receivable, and manage benefit and eligibility inquiries, thus allowing you to focus on client care.

• Maintaining timely and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

• Scheduling ongoing client appointments and managing your calendar effectively to optimize client retention and therapeutic outcomes.

• Demonstrating the capability to engage with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adjusting therapeutic approaches to meet the varying needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse patient population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults seeking help for anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and various psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and professional qualifications. Additional highlights of our benefits package include:
