Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across diverse age ranges, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Complete thorough clinical documentation and maintain timely records for all clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Utilize a billing service to manage client claims and accounts, including benefits verification, and facilitate payment plans to enhance accessibility for clients.

• Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that allows for effective therapeutic follow-up and continuity of care.

• Adapt therapeutic techniques and approaches to address a wide variety of clinical issues, enriching the therapeutic experience for clients seeking assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with initial sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates. Our compensation structure is designed to reward your expertise and commitment.
