We offer flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the hours of 8 AM-7 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy or counseling sessions with individuals, groups, couples, and families to address a range of mental health issues.

• Utilize interviewing techniques to gather and assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related information pertinent to clients' situations.
\n
• Evaluate client needs, diagnose issues within the scope of social work practice, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Design and implement programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional needs and facilitate their recovery.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to community resources when necessary.
\n
• Maintain a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, trust, and empathy.
\n
• Assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
\n
• Document clinical findings and interactions in patient records following organizational protocols to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Manage a caseload while keeping accurate and timely documentation that reflects the services provided.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions, sharing insights and strategies for patient care improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, family conflicts, grief, and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon.

• Extensive knowledge and prior experience in treating behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

• Experience working in integrated care settings or community health clinics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
