Work Environment\n

This position operates within a fully remote framework, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. You will have the option to work 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families who face various mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather insightful social, personal, environmental, and health-related information relevant to treatment planning.

• Evaluate client needs and implement appropriate treatment strategies within your scope of practice, addressing conditions like anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.

• Develop and coordinate personalized programs and activities addressing clients' social and emotional well-being.
\n
• Facilitate cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, including crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain professional relationships built on mutual respect and trust with clients.
\n
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment services and make adjustments where necessary to improve client outcomes.
\n
• Maintain timely and precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Manage a manageable caseload effectively while ensuring all documentation reflects the services rendered.

• Deliver individual clinical counseling tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for seasoned professionals.
