Work Environment\n

This position is structured to be fully remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance while fulfilling a critical role in our community health clinic environment. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, couple, and family therapy tailored to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews that capture crucial social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to each client’s situation.

• Develop and share treatment plans that encompass a variety of psychological issues, ensuring alignment with your scope of practice.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, including crisis management and referrals to necessary community resources.

• Establish therapeutic alliances with clients built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
\n
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in client records, adhering to established healthcare protocols.

• Manage an active caseload while ensuring that all records are current and reflective of the services provided.

• Provide individualized crisis intervention and support as required.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team needs and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve clients navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, family conflict, and bereavement. By delivering culturally sensitive and empathetic care, you will help clients build resilience, improve their emotional well-being, and lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in California.

• Four years of experience as a social worker or in a closely related role is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, selected candidates will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus.
