Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will take on a variety of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Providing psychotherapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication within the treatment team.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to craft integrated care strategies for clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, focused on enhancing treatment outcomes and professional growth.

• Empowering clients and their families through education about mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options.

• Keeping abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health, utilizing new knowledge to inform best practices in your clinical work.

• Managing a full caseload efficiently, ensuring that clients meet established treatment goals within a designated timeframe.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
