Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment and individual therapy for clients experiencing severe mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices and a strengths-based approach.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring collaboration with family members and other healthcare providers.
\n
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments, and arrange for more in-depth evaluations as necessary to determine the appropriate treatment paths.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on recovery, coping strategies, and skill-building to support social integration and emotional stability.
\n
• Assist clients in crisis intervention situations, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive listening to navigate challenging moments effectively.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring timely and accurate reporting aligned with treatment goals and outcomes.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, engaging in discussions about client care and contributing to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Be available for on-call responsibilities during and after program hours to ensure client support as needed.
\n
• Identify and report unsafe situations within the client environment, implementing suitable measures to assure client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily youth and adolescents facing severe emotional and behavioral challenges, often stemming from socioeconomic adversities. Many of these individuals experience a range of disorders including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your work will focus not only on treatment but also on empowerment, helping clients build resilience and navigate their environments effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LCSW licensure and have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
