Therapist Supervisor (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Therapist Supervisor to join our team in Pasadena, CA. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both in-office and remote work. The Supervisor will oversee the management of program services and operations for our Department of Mental Health (DMH) contracted Full Service Partnership (FSP) program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality of care while balancing fiscal responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the DMH contracted FSP program. Ensure compliance with DMH requirements and standards. Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of therapists, case managers, and support staff. Maintain a balance between fiscal responsibilities and delivering high-quality mental health services. Motivate and inspire a high-performing team to achieve program goals and objectives. Develop and implement program policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes. Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Qualifications BBS license (PsyD, CSW, LMFT, LPCC) strongly preferred. First Aid and CPR certified within 30 days of employment. Experience delivering and overseeing DMH services, and specifically experience with FSP programs, strongly preferred. Valid CA driver's license with dependable automobile, insurance, and registration. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self‑motivated, dependable, creative, and proactive approach to work; understands the importance of working independently and within a team environment. Strong clinical skills with a strengths‑based focus specifically related to the programs assigned. Knowledge of HIPAA and 42CFR regulations. Knowledge of and experience with providing culturally competent and trauma‑informed services. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
