Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role supports the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization, with a primary focus on accounts payable and receivable, travel & expense (T&E) processing, and general bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate is eager to grow their accounting career in a dynamic, multi-brand manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Support collections efforts by monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on past-due accounts Assist with check runs, ACH payments, and payment scheduling Travel & Expense (T&E) Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance Verify supporting documentation and ensure appropriate approvals are in place Identify and flag out-of-policy submissions and follow up with employees as needed Maintain organized records of all T&E activity General Bookkeeping & Administrative Assist with month-end close activities including reconciliations and journal entry support Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in NetSuite and McLeod Prepare and format reports in Excel as requested by the Finance team Support audits by pulling documentation and organizing records Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Required Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or equivalent work experience 1+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or relevant administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Experience with NetSuite and/or McLeod Transportation Management System and Ramp Familiarity with automated T&E processing and expense policy enforcement Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location environment Work Environment This is a hybrid position based out of our Glendale, AZ headquarters. The role requires on-site presence for key accounting activities, with flexibility for remote work on designated days.
