Job Summary

T h e Operations Support Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The role provides technical support across operational activities and projects while identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and overall delivery performance.

Job Description

• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time in accordance with operational and customer requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and support to various projects and operational activities as required.
  
• Review technical designs to ensure they meet applicable internal standards, specifications, and customer requirements prior to sign-off by the Design/Technical Engineer or Technical Expert.
  
• Support technical integrity and maintain competency by understanding and applying the Design-Execute-Evaluate process.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and technical performance.
  
• Collect, consolidate, and maintain information related to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of operational performance using relevant KPI data.
  
• Work collaboratively with engineering, technical, and operations personnel to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution.
  
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in all activities.
  
• Follow applicable company procedures, technical standards, and operational requirements.

Education

• High Schoo l Diploma or GED  

Salary

• $25.50 per hour ( Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
