Werkstudent HR Learning & Development (m/w/d) Ort: 50933Köln| Vertragsart: Teilzeit,befristet| Start: Ab sofort | Job-ID: 961120 Was wir zusammen vorhaben: Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Human Resources tauchst du ein in die Welt der Personalentwicklung: Du gestaltest und betreust Weiterentwicklungsprogramme für Fach- und Führungskräfte. Noch dazu wirkst du in HR Projekten mit – du siehst, wie deine Ideen reifen, während du in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen HR Instrumente entwickelst – damit diese schließlich unseren Kolleg:innen in REWE Märkten, der Logistik und an den Verwaltungsstandorten zugutekommen können. Noch dazu erhältst du einen Einblick in digitale Lernkonzepte. Was du bei uns bewegst: Du treibst deine Themen eigenständig und/oder als Teil von Projekten und Initiativen voran – zum Beispiel die Konzeption, Vor- und Nachbereitung eines Workshops. Ob durch Recherchen oder anhand eigener Ideen: Du bringst Impulse in die Konzeptarbeit ein – unter anderem, wenn es darum geht, Learning & Development Produkte und Formate zu optimieren. Durch die Organisation und Dokumentation von Meetings trägst du zu deren Gelingen bei – etwa im Rahmen von regelmäßigen Optimierungsschleifen bestehender Lernangebote. Bei der Präsentationserstellung brichst du Informationen strukturiert und adressatengerecht herunter – zum Beispiel bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen für Entscheidungsträger:innen. Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Inhalte zu strukturieren und visualisieren – PowerPoint kennst du wie deine rechte Hosentasche. Als eingeschriebene:r Student:in widmest du dich der Psychologie, Pädagogik, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Zu guter Letzt: Du hast Lust auf gedanklichen Austausch und Diskussionen, agierst eigenständig und bringst dich proaktiv ein.
