Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Telecom System Administrator Provide operational support and administration for telecom systems, including Webex and 8x8 platforms. Engage in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) analysis and optimization to support cost‑effective operations. Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and field technology teams to resolve escalations and support nearly 800 branches across the US and Canada. Participate in telecom/network projects, migrations, and vendor coordination. Maintain a customer-service focus, assisting with after‑hours patching and on‑call rotations. Required Skills for Telecom System Administrator Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom administration with hands‑on expertise in Webex, Webex Contact Center, and 8x8 PBX systems. Proficiency in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for executive‑level reporting. Experience with cellular provisioning, vendor management, and service desk support environments.
