Learn to Drive is a growing Arizona driving school focused on providing safe, professional, high-quality driver education while making the entire experience easier for students, parents, and instructors. We’re building more than a traditional driving school. We’re creating a technology-enabled driver education company designed to improve how students are matched with instructors, how lessons are scheduled, and how driving schools operate at scale. As we continue to grow throughout the Phoenix market and prepare for future expansion, we're looking for an Operations & Growth Manager who can help us build the systems and operational discipline needed to scale. We’re creating a technology-enabled driver education company designed to improve how students are matched with instructors, how lessons are scheduled, and how driving schools operate at scale. As we continue to grow throughout the Phoenix market and prepare for future expansion, we're looking for an Operations & Growth Manager who can help us build the systems and operational discipline needed to scale. What You'll Own Operations & Scheduling Manage daily student and instructor scheduling Optimize instructor schedules and geographic coverage Help maximize instructor and vehicle utilization Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and schedule changes Identify operational bottlenecks before they become problems Customer Experience Oversee customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online channels Ensure prospective customers receive fast, professional responses Help families select the appropriate driving programs Resolve customer issues and escalations Improve the experience from initial inquiry through program completion Instructor Operations Coordinate instructor availability and scheduling Assist with onboarding new instructors Monitor instructor performance and customer feedback Help ensure company policies, documentation, and operational standards are followed Growth & Revenue Follow up with prospective customers and unconverted leads Improve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue Support partnerships, referral programs, ESA opportunities, and community relationships Help implement strategies that increase repeat and referral business Systems & Automation Document and improve operating procedures Help implement CRM, scheduling, communication, and reporting systems Identify repetitive administrative work that can be automated Use AI and modern technology to improve efficiency Help build dashboards and reporting around key business metrics How Success Will Be Measured You’ll help us improve: Lead response time Inquiry-to-enrollment conversion Weekly and monthly revenue Instructor utilization Schedule efficiency Cancellation and rescheduling rates Customer satisfaction Google reviews and referrals Operational efficiency Owner involvement in daily operations Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have 3+ years of operations, management, or service-business experience Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Have experience managing schedules, employees, customers, or field teams Are comfortable with technology and learning new software Understand that great customer service and strong business operations go hand-in-hand Are comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other automation platforms Make decisions and solve problems without needing constant direction Communicate professionally and confidently with customers and employees Pay attention to numbers and understand how operations affect revenue Enjoy creating structure where structure doesn't yet exist Experience in education, transportation, healthcare, home services, hospitality, childcare, fitness, or another scheduling-intensive service business is a plus. What This Role Can Become We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. For the right person, this role has the potential to develop into a Director of Operations or General Manager position as Learn to Drive expands into additional markets.
