Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will be multifaceted and will include:

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and scheduling future appointments or discharges as appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs of each client.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Performing thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health history.

• Providing individual therapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based techniques to promote client growth and resilience.
